Exchanges & Returns
Domestic orders may be exchanged within 60 days of delivery for another product or store credit. Shipping and handling fees may apply. We currently do not offer returns for refunds.
If a product arrives damaged, please email us at help@themayfairgroupllc.com for further assistance.
All exchanges and store credits will automatically process within our system once movement has been indicated with your returns tracking label. Once your order is in transit, you will receive a confirmation email pertaining your return option details + updated tracking if applicable.
- Products must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unaltered, and unwashed.
- Items considered final sale will not be accepted for any return options. All sale items and accessories (I.E. socks, hats, intimates, swimwear, etc.) are considered final sale.
- Gift Card purchases are classified as non-returnable.
- If issued a store credit, all credits will remain valid for use within 12 months from your issue date.
