    • All U.S. orders that do not pertain any pre-order items will typically ship within 5-7 business days of purchase
    • Pre-orders typically ship within 2-5 weeks; however, pre-order timelines do vary per collection —please check our product descriptions for reference.
    • If your order pertains any pre-order items, all items in your order will ship together once available.
    • International Orders: The Details
      • We currently ship to the following countries: U.S., Canada, U.K., France, Sweden, Ireland, Netherlands, Spain, Germany, & Australia.
      • International orders will ship via DHL Priority and can take up to 7-20 days to deliver depending on the geographical location
      • Pre-orders typically ship within 2-5 weeks; however, pre-order timelines do vary per collection —please check our product descriptions for reference.
      • International packages may be subject to additional duties and taxes. The limits for duty-free packages are determined by your local customs authorities and are non-refundable on our behalf. Please check in with your local DHL office for more details

      RETURNS

      You've got enough to worry about right now...We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. For any U.S. customers, if you change your mind for any reason, you can simply return your item(s) for store credit or an exchange within 30 days of your order being shipped. We currently do not offer returns for refunds.

      If an item(s) is damaged upon arrival, please email our customer relations team at help@themayfairgroupllc.com for further options.

      We hold the right to refuse any return requests if they do not meet our following terms:

      • Item(s) must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unaltered, and unwashed.
      • Items considered final sale will not be accepted for an exchange or store credit. All sale items and accessories (I.E. socks, hats, intimates, swimwear, etc.) are final sale.
      • Gift Cards may not be returned.
      • Store credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

      Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable and returns are charged a $10 re-stocking fee; however, a prepaid return label will be provided to the email we have on file to return your Mayfair items.

      • Although we are currently unable to process international returns - please feel free to reach out to our team at help@themayfairgroupllc.com for damages experienced upon arrival and we will be more than happy to assist you with your order.
