    • Pre-orders usually ship within 2-4 weeks—they’re so worth the wait. Please allow 3-5 business days after shipping for delivery!
    • International Orders: The Details
      • We ship to the following countries: U.S., Canada, U.K., France, Sweden, Ireland, Netherlands, Spain, Germany, & Australia.
      • International shipping time is determined at checkout. We provide low cost, reliable shipping via DHL!
      • All orders (except pre-orders) usually ship within 5-7 business days—WOO! Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery once shipped.
      • Pre-orders usually ship within 2-4 weeks, so please be patient! Allow 7-10 business days for delivery once shipped! 
      • International packages may be subject to additional duties and taxes. The limits for duty-free packages are determined by your local customs authorities. Please check their website for more info.

      RETURNS

      Hey babe - You've got enough to worry about right now...We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. For any US customers, if you change your mind for any reason, you can simply return your item(s) for store credit or an exchange within 30 days. We currently do not offer refunds. If an item/s is damaged or defective in any way upon arrival, please email help@themayfairgroupllc.com for options.

      • Item/s must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, and unwashed.
      • Items considered final sale will not be accepted for an exchange or store credit. All sale items and accessories (I.E. socks, hats, intimates, etc.) are final sale.
      • Gift Cards may not be returned.
      • Store credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

      Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable; However, a prepaid return label will be provided to the email we have on file to return your merchandise.
