    • All US orders that do not pertain any pre-order items will typically ship within 5-7 business days; however, due to global shipping events, please allow an additional 3-5 business days for delivery once shipped.
    • Pre-orders typically ship within 2-5 weeks; however, please check our product descriptions for more accurate shipping timelines —they’re so worth the wait. 
    • If your order pertains any pre-order items, all items in your order will ship together once available.
    • International Orders: The Details
      • We currently ship to the following countries: U.S., Canada, U.K., France, Sweden, Ireland, Netherlands, Spain, Germany, & Australia.
      • International orders that do not pertain pre-order items will typically ship within 5-7 business days.
      • We provide 2-4 Day Express shipping once an order has shipped from our facility via DHL.
      • Pre-orders typically ship within 2-5 weeks, they are totally worth the wait! Please allow 2-4 business days for delivery once shipped.
      • International packages may be subject to additional duties and taxes. The limits for duty-free packages are determined by your local customs authorities and are non-refundable on our behalf. Please check in with your local DHL team for more details!

      RETURNS

      You've got enough to worry about right now...We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. For any US customers, if you change your mind for any reason, you can simply return your item(s) for store credit or an exchange within 30 days** of your order being shipped. We currently do not offer returns for refunds.

      **For any order placed during the 2021 Holiday season (November through December), we have extended our returns policy to to 60 days** 

      If an item(s) is damaged or defective upon arrival, please email our customer relations team at help@themayfairgroupllc.com for further options.

      • Item(s) must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unaltered, and unwashed.
      • Items considered final sale will not be accepted for an exchange or store credit. All sale items and accessories (I.E. socks, hats, intimates, etc.) are final sale.
      • Gift Cards may not be returned.
      • Store credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

      Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable; however, a prepaid return label will be provided to the email we have on file to return your Mayfair goods.

      • Although we are currently unable to process international returns - please feel free to reach out to our team at help@themayfairgroupllc.com and we will be more than happy to assist you with any damages or questions on your order.
